This just means that there is a possibility that you will experience  a little self-doubt and uncertainty but that wont last for too long.

You may focus this week more on what is lacking in your life than what is working fine and this card wants to remind you that no matter how much scarcity or shortage you may feel there are valuable things, moments, achievements and people in your life.

Also, five of pentacles wants to remind you that it is  very helpful to seek someone else´s help and advice weather that is your friend, colleague, your spouse or partner or simply  expert in a certain field.
This could be money and finance expert, health expert but also someone who could help you with your energy, therapeutic healer, tarot reader, life coach etc. Anyone who can be of some help to you.
